Terms and Conditions

You can make a reservation either by post, through our web site or by telephone. View our contact details.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 of the full tariff is payable at the time of booking. The balance must be paid at least four weeks before the start date.

Reservations will not be accepted from hen, stag, party groups or clubbers.

Your reservation is complete once you have received confirmation from ourselves by email and following Fairmount Coast Lodge’s receipt of your £100 deposit. If your holiday begins less than four weeks from the time of booking, the full tariff must be paid on booking.

A refundable damage deposit of £200 shall be payable and will be held until the end of the letting when it will be refunded to you, subject to deductions for any damage to the property caused during the letting.

Payments may be made by a secure online credit card payment (via our Payment page), cheque or cash (in the case of last minute bookings only). All our prices are all inclusive of any credit card charges. Cheques should be made payable to "Fairmount Coast Lodge".

All lettings commence at 2.00pm on Friday or on the agreed day of arrival and terminate at 10.00am on the day of departure (unless otherwise notified by email by ourselves).

Towels and bed linen are provided at no extra charge. Sorry, no pets are allowed. Fairmount Coast Lodge operates a No Smoking policy. Electricity and local telephone calls are included in the tariff.

Fairmount Coast Lodge has made all reasonable efforts to accurately describe the property in the published information.

The proprietors reserve the right to terminate a booking prematurely or refuse entry to the property where excess noise or anti-social behaviour is deemed to have occurred or likely to occur.

Your Obligations

You (and all other members of your party) pay for any losses or damages to the property from the refundable damage deposit and any additional charges where necessary.

You agree;

• To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at departure to the reasonable satisfaction of Fairmount Coast Lodge
• To permit representatives of Fairmount Coast Lodge reasonable access to the property.
• Not to exceed the total number of people stipulated in the property description
• To vacate the property by 10.00 am on the day of departure
• Not to allow cots to be used by children over the age of 24 months
• Not to smoke in the property

Where any of these obligations are breached and additional cleaning is required, a deduction will be made from the refundable damage deposit and any additional charges not covered by the refundable damage deposit will also be charged to you if necessary.
